Where it all began…

I saw this house up for sale while on a dog walk. It was on a beautiful street in my neighborhood — large, old trees, a variety of different homes (nothing cookie cutter here) and sat just off of Overbrook Ravine. Living inside the city means that most Clintonville lots are pretty small. The south side of Glenmont, however, has extra deep lots. And with three dogs and a revolving door of foster dogs we value a good backyard. The house wasn’t a beauty, but the lot was worth considering. So the seed was planted and I took the listing home to my husband.

The rest….well, you’ll just have to stick around to find out.
